- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This location refuses to accept a shipment for you and hold it if you don't have a p.o. box with them. They won't even make an exception to their own store policy if it meant them making money. So, I just went 15 miles south to the UPS store in Vista on S. Melrose and they not only will accept and hold a package for you if you don't have a box, they'll do it for free. Ask for Jennifer the owner!By Patrick Warren, July 31, 2017
